Resolved: Hello Patreon Support, I subscribed to...
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I subscribed to the Moon Blitz membership at $15/month. Shortly after joining, I used the member cancellation option to cancel my subscription.
However, I noticed that my Visa card was still charged $15 even though the cancellation was completed and I did not use the membership for a full month.
The account now shows that my access will expire on June 3, 2026.
I kindly request clarification on why this charge occurred and whether I am eligible for a refund, since I canceled immediately after subscribing. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Fraud and neglect

Unable to cancel my membership
Patreon is a money hungry business bent on getting every nickel and dime out of you. I have been wanting to cancel my membership from the start and their website is horrible.
You should be able to cancel with one click, but they make it as difficult as possible. Still can't cancel and I am pissed!

I have followed KYD and want to cancel. I can not log in as the website sends a code to a number i don't recognize.

- - Staff refused to grant role, citing a server requirement.
Hi, I am writing this hoping you can help me with my issue. On your site, patreon there is a creator called poyo scrims that offer memberships for roles inside the discord server and more benefits etc.
However when I payed for the "Legend Tier" membership I never got given any of my roles or anything they promised and it's been over 24 hours. I then went on the discord server to make a "support ticket" to ask for the staff to help me in getting my roles. I then sent proof to them showing that I did by the "Legend Tier" and then they then said that I cannot be given my role because I am not in this specific discord server called "Poyo ban appeals" but it is never stated anywhere, not in their discord server. Not even on their patreon site that I need to be in that discord server to be given my roles.
I then explained how I cannot join the discord server and then the staff told me that I cannot be given my role. I then asked if he can just manually give it to me as they are staff, he then says that he cannot do that. when he can as hes a staff member in the discord.
