Our organization operates 100% voluntarily and on a shoestring budget. in 2023 we stopped receiving funds to our account from Patreon.

We thought that our Patrons fulfilled their pledge or were no longer interested in supporting us. Fast forward to January of this year and I sign into our account to get old tax information. There I'm shocked to find that our account shows we still have multiple Patrons sending us money. Patreon is claiming every month that a payment has not only come in from Patrons, but they claim to have sent, processed and cleared a payment.

Of course I'm furious that for over 18 MONTHS we did not receive a single payment but Patreon not only collected it but claimed they gave it to us. No easy direct contact for help. No responses to emails. NOTHING.

Patreon has not accepted any responsibility.

We contacted our banks and they both agreed they never received payments from Patreon so they do not know where the money went. Shame on Patreon - an organization that is supposed to be supporting organizations, not financial benefiting from them.

Patreon wont let me appeal even though content creators can. I was NOT told they would even be considering a refund as I didn't ask for one at the time, so I didn't send in the information needed, when they finally told me they had considered it they denied it because the content creator hadn't violated the terms, but I can prove he did.

When I did send it they ignored it and refused to even read any further correspondence from me, even though I can now prove he violated the terms of service which is grounds for a refund, he offers perk that's listed as "GUARENTEED" but are not offered and this was the only reason I signed up! And why can a content creator appeal and I cant?

I have complained about this before under one month ago, and I am utterly sick of this to the point I deleted my Patreon account. I used to be subscribed to the cancelled pod on Patreon, but I was unhappy with the low amount of content they were posting, so I decided to unsubscribe.

But here lies the issue. When I unsubscribed, it told me everything was fine and I was under the impression I would no longer be charged. But no, I reached out after the first charge and you told me I was still subscribed, which was not true as I have not had access to the content in over two months, but they are still taking my money? I find it concerning Patreon still has access to my bank after deleting my account, as it said it would delete all my files.

This is completely unacceptable, and I haven't received a dime of a refund. When I first contacted about a refund, I was told to contact cancelled directly and heard nothing back. I think it is time for you, Patreon, to step in because this is simply unacceptable.

Patreon stopped sending us funds so we thought all of our donors completed their pledge or stopped being our Patreon. Well I recently signed in and found that our account was claiming that it was not only sending funds, but that the funds cleared in our account. At first I thought that maybe we hadn't switched our account when we closed one of our banking accounts. No.

I contacted our old bank and went through old invoices. Patreon just stopped sending us the money months before we closed the account - the reason we closed it was it was empty from lack of Patreon funds. I reached out to Patreon with absolutely no response. This is not for one payment or even 5, it is for over 18 months of payments!

Shame on them for refusing to take accountability for their failure. This cost us volunteers and services we had to cancel due to lack of funds.

someone got into my account and changed the password and email. I cannot get into the account at all.

I sent a request twice for them to close my account since the hackers are communicating with people on my ap. I cannot see the messages but I'm worried as to what they are doing. No one has contacted me. This should be a top priority.

I don't know what else to do. I want my account closed and looked into. I want to open a new one so I can continue with my membership which I closed because I didn't want the hackers charging things.

This is terrible customer service. They are keeping me exposed because no one will get back to me
